iOS (apple) vs Android devices

Why do iOS people think they are so great.  Why do they think every one should own an iDevice?  I am so sick of listening to them.  If  they really practiced what they preached, they would all drive the same car, live in the same house, wear the same clothes and eat the same thing every day.  I know…different color car, but the same make and model.  I know…different color house, but the same floor plan.   I know…different color turtle neck and a different hamburger…but a hamburger none the less.

Yes…my name is Wavydavey and I own a Android device (two to be exact).  Was it not Apple that told me to think different?

I thought that we hated Microsoft because they were too big and shoved everything down our throats…is Apple no different?  Why do people defend a company that charges so much for a piece of hardware that they make cheap in China and sock the profits away? 

I do not understand…I have a choice.  I exercised that choice. 

I hope that you apple people…you that that love to be clones do not choke on your words…your actions.

Just a post from the Galaxy Tab

Just testing out posting from my new Galaxy Tab 10.1.  So far I like it a lot.  It is just the 16GB wi-fi model, but that is cool with me.  I can add tethering to my Droid if I need to.
I have not been blogging that much lately because I have been very preoccupied in my personal life, which is a really good thing.  I am going to try and get back to it. I did post some new pics on my  flickr site, which you can see here on the right.

So I looked at my Flickr stats today and found that someone was bored. I am actually very happy that someone was bored enough to click thru my set of boredom pics. I hope that they did not find them boring, but could see that I was killing time. In fact, they must have been killing time themselves.

I am in Boston

Just sittin in an area that will be set up for us later.  I do not have to work until about 3 or 4 so I am getting ready to head out and look around.  The trip here was thankfully uneventful.  I had a good lunch with my Dad in the layover in Long Beach.  The couple of Blue Moons helped the flight to Boston.  The hotel room is very nice.  I am on the 29th floor.  I was hoping for a potential view of the river, but I did not get it.  Oh well…not the end of the world.  I am so sleepy today.  I hope to catch up on that tonight.  I will try to post again as well as have some pics over at Flickr.
